Temperature

I always check my temperature in the mornings and evenings using a little Braun Thermoscan electric tester, which takes its readings from the ear. It’s just like the hospital thermometers.

Your temperature should be between 35°C and 37°C. If your temperature goes up above 38°C (105.5°f), contact the hospital straight away for further advice. It is important that you contact the hospital and not a local doctor or doctor on call, as your condition can deteriorate very quickly, and general practitioners do not have the experience to deal with cancer patients..

I bought mine from Boots the chemist, but I’ve since learned that Argos do one as well
