It's a pain when you sign up to a newsletter and every time you check your email there's another one, so... I'll limit the emails to around say a maximum of two a month (probably less) and if you want to unsubscribe at any stage, there's a link at the bottom of all our emails to do that.
You will be notified when any new 10 minute reads are available, and when I have a new book out I'll send you a link to that as well, other than that, I can't see any reason to bother you.
